Shipping policy
Orders are processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days excluding shipping time. All products are handmade and properly packed.
Once items are shipped, please refer to tracking information provided to you via email. Contact directly the postal carrier for any issues that may arise. Filing a claim with the carrier immediately is the best option for you.
All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Shipping rates varies depending on the package weight, size, and carrier rates. Please indicate your specific mailing address correctly to avoid delay in delivery. Incorrect address information might result to lost package.
D Glamery do not accept returns or any refunds on any items at this time. We are not liable for any delay, lost, stolen or damaged items from postal carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL & FedEx. Customs inspections resulting to delay in delivery is not also our responsibility. We properly packed items with care to avoid any breakage or damage.
Any international orders (outside the United States), are subject for vat tax/duty fees. It is customers responsibility to pay the said taxes. In any case that the customer decides not to accept the package due to high tax fees, shipping refund will also not be issued.
